Your reputation is the asset. We treat it that way.
A partner's LinkedIn profile carries years of relationships and credibility. Before you hand any of it to us, you should know exactly how we work, what we'll never do and what happens if something goes wrong.
Five commitments we make to every client
-
No automation, ever. No bots, browser extensions, scraping tools or auto-sequencers touch your account.
-
Nothing goes out without your approval. Messaging, target lists and content are agreed before anything goes live.
-
You can see everything. Every conversation stays in your inbox, visible to you at all times.
-
You hold the keys. Your two-factor authentication stays on, so every new login needs your approval. One password change ends our access instantly.
-
You own all of it. Every connection, conversation and list stays with you, during and after our work together.
What LinkedIn's terms say, and how we handle it
LinkedIn's User Agreement says members shouldn't share account access. Plenty of firms use assistants, agencies and ghostwriters anyway, but you should make that choice knowing the rule exists.
Here's how we keep the risk low:
- Your 2FA stays on. We can't log in without a code from you, and you'll see every new session.
- One named strategist per account, never a rotating team.
- A consistent working environment, so your account isn't accessed from random devices or locations.
- Activity paced like a busy partner, not a sales machine.
The result: you get the reach of a full-time business development team, without your partners spending their evenings on LinkedIn, and without handing over control.
What we never do
| We never | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Use automation, bots or auto-sequencers | The fastest way to get a profile restricted |
| Install browser extensions or scraping tools | LinkedIn detects them, and they expose your data |
| Share your login across our team or clients | One strategist, one account |
| Send a message or post you haven't approved | Your voice, your call |
| Change your password, email or security settings | You stay in control of the keys |
| Buy, sell or reuse your connections or data | Your network isn't our asset |
| Chase volume to hit a number | Senior buyers punish volume. So does LinkedIn |
Setup in four steps
-
Kickoff call
We agree targeting, messaging boundaries, topics that are off-limits and who on your side approves what.
-
Secure access, approved by you
Your named strategist requests access once and you approve it with your two-factor code. Your 2FA stays on throughout.
-
Ramp-up, not launch-day spikes
Activity starts low and builds gradually over the first weeks, the way a real person's usage would.
-
Ongoing review
Your strategist runs the account day to day, and a team lead reviews quality and account health every week.
What you approve and what you see
You approve before launch
- Your ideal client profile and target list
- Messaging angles and example conversations
- Every post before it's published
- Boundaries: who we never contact, topics we avoid, how we describe your firm
You can see at any time
- Every message and reply, live in your own inbox
- Weekly activity: connection requests, conversations and meetings booked
- A shared tracker of every prospect and their status
Your time: about 1 hour a week, mostly approvals and taking the meetings we book.
Built to look like a busy partner, because it is one
LinkedIn watches for behaviour that looks automated: sudden spikes, identical messages, activity at all hours. We work against every one of those signals.
- Daily activity well below LinkedIn's limits, increased gradually
- Every message written for one person, never templated at scale
- Activity during sensible hours in your time zone
- Weekly checks on acceptance rate and pending invitations, the early warning signs we act on first
If something goes wrong, here's exactly what happens
No honest agency can promise LinkedIn will never ask for a verification. What we can promise is a clear response.
-
We pause immediately. All activity on the account stops.
-
We tell you within 24 hours, with what happened and what we think caused it.
-
We help you resolve it. Most flags are verification requests you can clear in minutes. We walk you through it.
-
We review before resuming. We fix what needs fixing and only restart with your go-ahead.
Across 50+ client accounts, we've had zero restrictions.
Leaving is as clean as starting
- Change your password and our access ends instantly
- We hand over the full prospect list, conversation history and content library
- We delete our working copies of your data within 7 days
- Conversations in progress get a handover note, so nothing goes cold
Questions partners ask about account safety
Is it against LinkedIn's rules for you to manage my account?
LinkedIn's terms say members shouldn't share account access. We're upfront about that, and we keep the risk low: your 2FA stays on, one named strategist works your account, activity stays well within LinkedIn's limits and nothing automated ever touches it. Across 50+ client accounts, we've had zero restrictions.
What does two-factor authentication actually protect?
Every login from a new device needs a code sent to you. We can't access your account without you knowing, and nobody else can either. You can see and end active sessions anytime in your LinkedIn settings.
Who on your team has access?
One named strategist works your account. A team lead reviews their work for quality. You'll know both by name.
Will my contacts know an agency is involved?
Messages are written in your voice and approved by you. If anyone asks, you decide how to answer, and we're happy for you to say you have support.
Can I still use LinkedIn normally?
Yes, use it as you always do. We coordinate so you're never both replying to the same person.
What if I want to take over a conversation?
Just reply. We'll see it, step back and update the tracker.
What about Sales Navigator?
We can work with it if you already have it. If you don't, we'll advise whether it's worth it for your targeting.
